Our Managed Services engagement consists of two phases:

In the Service Readiness phase, we provide the following:

  • Formulation of Service Delivery Processes and support ecosystem

  • Knowledge Transfer Session with vendors and internal IT

  • Update existing documentation and data

  • Shadow and Reverse Knowledge Transfer with customer’s internal IT and Vendors’ processes and get involved on issue resolution and service request fulfillment

  • Finalize to-be Processes

  • Operate without SLA compliance

Service Readiness

In the Operate phase, the following are provided:

  • Full implementation of the application support framework and Business as Usual (BAU) activities

  • Operate under agreed service levels on the 2nd Month of Operate Phase

  • Monthly Service Review for continuous Service Improvement
